Daycare Terms & Conditions

As part of our daycare service, we offer convenient pick-up and drop-off from your home or workplace.

For your dog's safety and comfort while travelling, we ask that they wear their own properly fitted harness. Having your dog's harness on and ready before collection is greatly appreciated.
 
To help maintain consistency with your dog's individual dietary needs, we do not provide food or treats during daycare unless previously arranged with the owner.

The safety and wellbeing of every dog in our care is our highest priority. While we do our best to help dogs settle into our daycare environment, if a dog displays ongoing behaviour that may pose a risk to themselves, other dogs, or our team, we may determine that daycare is not the right fit and reserve the right to discontinue services.

Owners may be held responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing property that is intentionally or excessively damaged by their dog while in our care.
